Please allow time for both the sacred creation and secure delivery of your items.

  • Processing/Preparation Time: Up to 7 business days before shipment
  • Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated 7–14 business days after processing
  • International Shipping: Estimated 10–21 business days, depending on destination and customs

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, customs, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience.

We proudly serve an international community, but we ask international buyers to please note:

  • All customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer
  • We are not liable for customs delays or seizures
  • We do not adjust order values or label items as gifts to avoid duties

We encourage you to check your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

  • European Countries with Known Restrictions:
    Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Ireland, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, Latvia, Lithuania, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Kosovo, San Marino, Vatican City

We may update this list at any time based on global shipping data and real-world delivery experiences.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.

However, we do accept exchanges for an item of equal value on a case-by-case basis, provided:

  1. You contact us within 14 days of delivery
  2. You provide proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation, or receipt)
  3. The item is unused and in original packaging
  4. You are responsible for return shipping (unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item)

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We deeply care that your sacred goods arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the item
  • A photo of the packaging
  • Your order confirmation

We will address the issue with care and integrity.

❓Shipping & Returns FAQ

Q: Do you issue refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. We may offer an exchange on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
Please allow up to 21 business days for international orders. Contact us if the package appears lost after this time and we’ll do our best to support you.

Q: What if I live in a restricted country but want to order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions. We encourage you to consider sending to a trusted contact in a nearby eligible country.

Q: Can I exchange a product I opened or used once?
No. All items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

Q: Are customs and duties included in my international order?
No. Import charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
