- Spend time outside. Nature helps regulate your nervous system and supports emotional settling.
- Hydrate and nourish your body. Keep your energy steady with water and grounding foods.
- Journal or reflect on anything that stood out to you during your constellation or the group work.
- Reach out to us if you need support. You are not alone in your integration process—we are here for you.
